How Ratings Work

Overall

Tap 1–5 stars for how you rate the strain. Overall is optional and stays separate from Effects and Side Effects. In My Score, the app shows your average star rating; Community balances each Lab Rat equally.

Effects

What the weed actually did. One dot = noticeable. Two dots = strong. These describe the experience and never change the Overall star rating.

✨EuphoricLifted, happy or unusually good mood.
🎯FocusedEasier to concentrate or stay locked in.
🎨CreativeIdeas, imagination or making things flowed.
πŸŽ‰SocialMore talkative, open or comfortable with people.
πŸ˜‚GigglyLaughed more easily or found things funnier.
⚑EnergizedMore alert, active or motivated to move.
🧘RelaxedCalm or loose without necessarily feeling sleepy.
πŸ›‹οΈCouch-LockedHeavy-bodied, planted or hard to get up.
πŸ•HungryMore appetite or serious munchies.

Side Effects

Generally undesirable reactions, using the same two-dot intensity.

😴SleepyDrowsy or ready for sleep.
😰AnxiousWorried, tense or uncomfortable.
πŸ‘€ParanoidSuspicious, unsafe-feeling or spiraling thoughts.
πŸ˜Άβ€πŸŒ«οΈWashedFoggy, depleted, cooked or not useful.
πŸ’€KO’dUnexpectedly put to sleep or fully out.
πŸ’«DizzyLightheaded, spinning or unsteady.
πŸ€•HeadacheHead pain or pressure.

Missing and historical ratings

A dash means no Overall rating has been recorded. Effects are never converted into stars. Updating an older session’s Rating field in Notion updates its score after refresh; it does not move the strain ahead of newer purchases.

Your average

Your profile and My Lab show the average of your rated sessions. Unrated sessions are excluded. Strain cards average the sessions for that strain.

Lab Results

Longer bars mean an Effect or Side Effect was reported more consistently or more strongly. Green = Effects. Red = Side Effects.
